Ingredients:
3 liters (quarts) whole milk
1 liter (quart) 36% whipping or cooking cream
1 cup white vinegar
A handful of salt
Directions:
1. In a large pot pour the milk & cream, and add the salt
2. Place on stove, and cook approximately one hour at medium heat, making sure to stir every once in a while till the mixture comes to a boil.
3. Pour in the vinegar and stir till the mixture curdles.
4. With a colander scoop out the cheese, and place it in a bowl fitted with another colander topped with a cheesecloth.
5. Let it drain well, and turn the bowl upside down. You now have a perfectly round cheese.
6. Refrigerate overnight, and enjoy.
