4 whole eggs
8 tablespoons white sugar
9 tablespoons vinegar
Combine in saucepan and cook over LOW heat, stirring constantly till thick. REMOVE from heat and let cool till lukewarm, then add 4 HEAPING tablespoons Miracle Whip Salad Dressing. Beat well. If too thick, thin with a little milk to desired consistency.. Store in fridge in covered container for up to a week.
My Comments:
My family likes this better than ANY store bought dressing I have tried for potato salad yet.*** Measure the sugar and vinegar in tablespoons, don't measure in 1/4 cups. For some reason when I did this it doesn't turn out right.??***

I was wondering what you do with the whole eggs? Do you heat them with the sugar and vinegar? It sounds good other than me knowing what exactly to do with the eggs.
