4-1/3 cups cornmeal 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 6-1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 Tbsp. sugar 2 Tbsp. garlic powder 1 Tbsp. pepper 1 Tbsp. salt 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:
When ready to serve add these ingredients for each batch.
1 can (8-3/4 oz.) cream-style corn 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 egg oil for deep frying.
In a bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Store in an air tight container in a cool dry place for up to 6 months.
Yields 3 batches (4-1/2 cups total).
