Ingredients 4 ripe tomatoes, sliced thickly 14 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese(packed in water!), sliced 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup slivered fresh basil salt and pepper to taste
Directions Lay tomato slices on a platter. Add a slice of fresh mozzarella on each one. Sprinkle slivered basil on each. Combine olive oil and balsamic vinegar and drizzle over each tomato. Add salt and pepper to taste.
