Title: It's so good... salad

Romain Lettuce
Bell Pepper
Tomato
Olive Oil
Balsomic Vinigar
Fetta Cheese
Croutons

 In individual bowl or one large bowl tear romain lettuce leaves into bite size pieces. Cut and dice bell pepper, add to bowl of lettuce. 2-1 ratio add olive oil and balsomic vinigar, toss. Dice tomatoes and drop on top of lettuce. Break up fetta cheese and sprinkle over top of tomatoes. Finish off with coutons.  
My Comments:
I love salads but I also love to eat thing that crunch so I added bell peppers. Instead of the ol' stand by italian or ranch dressing I tried balsomic vinigar with olive oil and loved the flavor the feta cheese and crouton came later which completes the salad. It can be used as a side dish for a dinner party or eat alone as a lunch platter.
