Jack and Coke Baked Beans


1 lb ground beef
2 (28 oz) cans baked beans
1 (16 oz) jar salsa
1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp (1 shot) Jack Daniels
3 Tbsp (1 shot) Coca Cola
3 Tbsp ketchup
5 Tbsp mustard
Tabasco to taste
salt and pepper

Brown beef and drain. Combine beef and all remaining ingredients and pour into 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake for 2 hours at 350.
