Title: Japanese-Style Sesame Green Beans

1 tlb. canola oil
1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 lb. fresh green beans,washed
1 tlb. soy sauce
1 tlb. toasted sesame seeds

Directions:

Warm a large skillet or wok over med.heat.When hot,pour in canola and sesame oils,place beans in skillet. Stir to coat with oil. Cook until beans are bright green and brown in spots, about 10 mins.Remove,stir in soy sauce;cover, and let sit about 5 mins. Transfer to serving platter, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
My Comments:
A great side dish for any meal for those who want alittle something different.
