2 tubes of crescent rolls, we like the butter flake

1 Pkg frozen spinach, thawed and drained

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayo - not dream whip

1 pkg Knorr's vegetable soup mix

1 can artichoke hearts, quartered

2 small cans sliced water chestnuts, drained

parmesan

Roll out dough on a cookie sheet.  Bake 350 degrees 5-7 minutes.  Mix sour cream, mayo and soup mix, cut up artichockes and add with the spinach and water chestnuts  Spread on dough.  Sprinkle parmesan and bake 5-6 more minutes.
