Kitchen Witch's Finger Franks
I think everyone has enjoyed the mini franks and meatballs in chili sauce and grape jelly at one time or another.
Here’s one I’ve done that is a bit different:
In a small saucepan I combine:
1 c. ketchup
Jalapenos (chopped and seeded) to taste (1 or 2)
½ c. grape jelly
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple in juice (do not drain)
Heat over medium heat, stirring until the jelly has melted. Stir in cocktail franks; heat through. Transfer to crockpot and serve with toothpicks.
