Sometimes I get so busy cooking for guests that I feel like that is all I am doing! It's nice to be able to "cheat" and make something earlier - it's a real time saver and gives me a chance to enjoy my company (or make something else for them! LOL!!)
Start by either baking or deep-frying chicken wings. Cool; and refrigerate.
When ready to enjoy the wings:
2 1/4 cups honey 2 1/4 cups diced red sweet peppers 1 cup rice wine vinegar 1 cup pineapple juice 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1 1/2 tsp bottled hot pepper sauce
Combine ingredients in saucepan and simmer (stirring) until thickened.
Place wings in single layer in baking dish; pour sauce over; place in preheated 350* F. oven for about 15 minutes - or until wings are well glazed.
Serve with plenty of napkins!
This will do 4 1/2 - 5 lbs. wings or try it on chicken legs!
