4 cups bread crumbs
5 cups milk
4 eggs
1 pkg Lemon pudding
½ cup sugar
1 cup lemon baking chips

Grease a crock pot really well.   Mix together the eggs, milk, sugar and lemon pudding mix.  Mix in the bread crumbs, making sure they are all wet.  Gently fold in the lemon chips.  Cook in a crockpot, on high 3-4 hours or until a knife inserted in the middle of the pudding, comes out clean.
