1 Tbs chopped parsley 1 tsp lemon or lime juice 1 Tbs sugar 1/2 cup unsalted chicken broth 2 tsp cornstarch 1 tsp grated lemon or lime peel
In a 2 cup microwaveable measuring cup combine all ingredients. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, or until clear and thickened. Serve as a topping for chicken, fish or vegetables. This recipe yields four 2-tablespoon servings.
