5 cup water; hot
1 cup instant coffee
1 fifth (750 ml) vodka; (good quality)
3 vanilla bean

Mix water and coffee together, stir, let cool, add vodka and put in a half gallon container.(or divide evenly into 3 quart containers.) Add vanilla beans and then let it sit for about 2 weeks, lightly shaking the bottle every few days to mix it up. To serve it, add the generic liquor to light cream and add sugar substitute of choice to get the desired coffee liqueur taste.
