SERVES 6

½ c. Hellmanns
¼ c. milk
3 cloves garlic, pressed
½ t. salt
3 T. lemon juice
3 T. vegetable oil
1 T. chopped fresh parsley
6 cups mixed salad greens

Whisk dressing ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve. May be made one day in advance.
