Maple Hot Chocolate
1/4 c. sugar
1 T. baking cocoa
1/8 t. salt
1/4 c. hot water
1 T. butter
4 c. milk
1 t. maple flavoring
1 t. vanilla extract
12 marshmallow, divided
Stir together sugar, cocoa and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add hot water and butter; bring to a boil. Blend in milk, maple flavoring, vanilla and 8 marshmallows. Heat through, stirring occasionally, until marshmallows have melted. Serve in 4 mugs, each topped with a marshmallow. Makes 4 servings.
