12 Eggs
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar (optional)
1 pint creamed cottage cheese (small curd)
1 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup butter, melted
1-4 oz. can diced green chilis (whatever heat you like)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
sliced tomatoes (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Butter a 9"x13" glass pan.

Put eggs in a large bowl and beat with whisk until lemon-colored.  Add in remaining ingredients.  Stir well to combine.  Pour mixture into pan and bake for 25 minutes.  Remove from oven and sprinkle cheddar cheese over top (add olives or tomatoes at this time) and return to oven for an additional 10 minutes.  Serve with sour cream or guacamole if desired.  Serves 8-10

My Comments:
You've gotta try this one! It's a no-fail recipe that is a real crowd-pleaser. The chili and cheese combination is mouth-watering!
