10 red potatoes 1/2 cup cream cheese 3/4 to 1 1/2 cup of milk 1 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon parsley Cut potatoes into cubes ( you can peel them if you want) rinse potatoes after they are cut, put into pot and boil for 30 to 45 mins. Drain water off potatoes put back into pot. Add in cream cheese, pepper, garlic, and parsley. Take mixer on low speed and slowly add in milk. After all lumps are out of potatoes. Cut stove on low heat for 15 mins.
