1 Head Romaine lettuce, shredded
1 Cup Feta cheese
1 Cup Roma tomatoes, diced
1 Red onion, sliced
1/2 Cup Kalamata olives (or small jar)
2 cucumbers, sliced
8 oz. Jar Artichoke hearts, drained & cut up

In a large salad bowl, toss together lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, artichoke hearts, red onion, and feta cheese. Chill until ready to serve.

Serving Ideas:
Serve with a sun-dried tomato dressing, restaurant style Italian, or vinaigrette.
