4 ears shucked corn 1/4 c. melted butter 1/4 c. mayo 1/2 c. grated cotija cheese or feta 4 wedges lime(optional)
Directions: Preheat grill to med-high. Grill corn until lightly charred and hot all over, about 7 to 10 mins. Roll in melted butter, spread with mayo, sprinkle with cheese and serve with a lime wedge.
