Title: Mild blue cheese pasta

  • 1 packet of Dolcelatta cheese
  • 100ml double cream
  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • Pack of fresh pasta
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Chop the tomatoes in half and place on a baking tray. Drizzle with oil, garlic, sugar and salt, then roast on 200C in the oven for 15-20 mins
  • Slice the rind from the cheese and discard.
  • Dice the cheese and place it in a pan with the cream and simmer on a low heat until melted
  • Boil the pasta with 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp oil
  • Drain the pasta and stir into the sauce along with the tomatoes.
