Ingredients; - 1 packet of Dolcelatta cheese
- 100ml double cream
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- Pack of fresh pasta
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sugar
- Oil
- Salt
Method; - Chop the tomatoes in half and place on a baking tray. Drizzle with oil, garlic, sugar and salt, then roast on 200C in the oven for 15-20 mins
- Slice the rind from the cheese and discard.
- Dice the cheese and place it in a pan with the cream and simmer on a low heat until melted
- Boil the pasta with 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp oil
- Drain the pasta and stir into the sauce along with the tomatoes.
