1 Tablespoon sugar
1/4 Cup malt vinegar
2 Tablespoon boiling water
3 Tablespoon fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

 In a small bowl, dissolve sugar in boiling water. Add mint and allow to cool. Add malt vinegar. Serve with roast rack of lamb.
