1 lb prepared assortment summer fruits (strawberries, raspberries, currants, etc) 2/3 cup sour cream 2/3 cup lowfat mascarpone 1 tsp vanilla extract 4 tbs raw sugar
Preheat the broiler. Divide the strawberries, rasberries, currants and cherries between 4 small heatproof ramekin dishes. Mix the sour cream, mascarpone, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Spoon mixture over the fruit to cover it completely. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon raw sugar and place the desserts under the hot broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the sugar melts completely and begins to caramelize. Let the brules stand for a couple of minutes before serving.
