1/3 cup pecans halved
1/2 tsp. cinnamon sugar
5 cups torn mixed greens
1 large pear, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Colby & Monterey Jack cheese crumbles
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
Place pecans in microwave pie plates sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, toss to coat. Spread evenly onto bottom of pie plat. Microwave on high 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until toasted, stirring every 30 seconds.
Meanwhile toss greens with pears, cheese and cranberries in a large bowl.
Add pecans and dressing just before serving, mix lightly.
