Title: More Mustard Sauces

Combine equal parts mustard and jelly or jams for effortless sauces to pair with grilled sausages, chicken, fish, or pork chops.  You can also serve them as dips for chicken strips, ham slices or sausage biscuits.


Plum Mustard


1/2 cup plum preserves


1/2 cup yellow mustard


Stir together first 5 ingredients.  Add pepper to taste.  cover and chill up to one week


Mango Mustard


Substitute mango chutney for plum preserves, follow recipe above.


Cherry Mustard


Substitute cherry preserves for plum preserves,  follow recipe above.


Orange Mustard


Substitute orange marmalade for the plum preserves, follow recipe above.


 

My Comments:
I have laways use these sauces one time or another I found these on a disk that I made some time ago with sauces and salsa on it.
