2 lb small red new potatoes quartered
1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1 Tbsp. chopped rosemary
1 Tbsp. EVOO
1 tsp. kosher salt
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 tsp. black pepper.
Boil potatoes 10 minutes, or until tender, drain well.
Add remaining ingredients and coarsely mash to "muddle", or bruise, the herbs to release their flavors.
