1 lb salt pork, cubed


3 Tbsp sugar cane vinegar


2 – 12qt container fresh cleaned mustard greens


3-4 dashes Tabasco


Salt


Black pepper


Stew in a pot over medium heat for approximately 1 and a half hours.
