Title: Napa Cabbage, Turkey And Orange Salad

2 cups coarsely-shredded Chinese cabbage
= (also known as Napa cabbage)
1 medium orange, peeled, pitted,
and diced
1/2 cup finely-chopped red onion
1 1/2 cups chopped or diced roasted skinless turkey
2 Tbs hoisin sauce
1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
2 Tbs orange juice, freshly squeezed


Combine cabbage, orange, onion and turkey in a salad bowl.
Stir together hoisin sauce, vinegar and orange juice in a small cup; pour over salad and toss gently until well-coated.
This recipe yields 2 servings; about 2 1/2 cups per serving.
