16 whole chicken wings
3/4 cup finely crushed butter flavored crackers
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried basil
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 cup melted butter

Preheat the oven to 375*F.

Cut chicken wings into three sections, discard the wing tips.

In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil and garlic salt.  Dip wings in butter then roll in the crumb mixture.  Place a single layer on baking sheets lined with non stick foil

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until juices run clear and golden brown.  Serve with a dip of honey mustard or ranch.

Makes 10 servings

My Comments:
this is really good with cole slaw and hush puppies. I save and freeze the wing tips for making stock with other chicken parts.
