4 cups Milk 1 cup Sugar 8 TBSP Corn Starch Pinch Salt Vanilla to tast
1) Sald Milk 2) Mix Egg Yolk and Sugar together 3)Then slowly add scalded milk to egg mixture and mix becarefull not to scramble the eggs! 4)Add Cornstarch and Salt to mixture 5) Cook the Mixture in a Double Boiler untill it coughts the back of the spoon. 6)For a fast cool cool down add I Ice to a Plastic bowl 7) put Pastry cream in a meatal bowl put meatal bowl in plastic bowl and add vinnila extract mix tell like pudding or just set put plastic wrap over mixture to prevent a thinn layer from forming on top of the pastry cream.

My Comments:
Perfet as a filling for a Pie if you want chocolate add it in step 5 make sure it is mixed thourouly.
