1 box instant pistachio pudding (Jello Brand sugarfree works great)
8 oz Cool Whip
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 jar of maraschino cherries sliced in half (about 20 cherries)
Mix Cool Whip and pudding together then add everything else.
Chill for a few hours.
Enjoy!!!

My Comments:
This salad is as good in the Summer as it is for a side for a special dinner in the Fall or Winter. A very simple recipe that I've had for years and couldn't even tell you where I got it except it's pretty much known everywhere.
