Ingredients
2 -3 lbs. Ground Beef
2 - 3  cans of Peas
2 - 3 cans of Tomatoes
3 or 4 lbs.  of Potatoes

1 big can of Tomato juice
Preheat oven to 350
Pat ground beef all in the bottom of a dutch oven and thenput a layer of sliced potatoes over that. Next put a layer of peas over the potatoes and then a layer of tomatoes over the peas. Then a layer of potatoes and peas and tomatoes. keep doing the layers until your dutch oven is three quarters filled. Then put 1/2 to 3/4 of a big can of tomato juice over all of it. You can season each layer with salt and pepper or whatever seasoning you like or not.  Do not cover, just put it in the oven and bake for 3 - 4 hrs.
My Comments:
This recipe I got from my mother in law. It will feed a large family and any leftovers freeze well. It's a very different and tasty meal.
