1 15 ounce can italian style diced tomatoes
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 box mini penne pasta
4-5 leaves of fresh basil
1t crushed red pepper flakes (or to your liking)
S & P
3 cloves of chopped fresh garlic
parmasan cheese
Cook penne according to package directions. Combine tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, S & P and basil. Stir together ingredients and let set for a few minutes to allow flavors to combine. Serve tomato mixture over noodles. Grate with freshly grated parm cheese.
