1/4 lb ground beef, extra lean 1/2 lb ground turkey 28 oz fat-free spaghetti sauce 3 Tbs light cream 3 Tbs white wine, optional 8 oz mostoccioli or penne rigate, uncooked grated parmesan cheese
In large skillet, over medium heat, brown beef; drain.2. Add spaghetti sauce, cream and wine; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.3. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain.4. Toss hot pasta and sauce; sprinkle with cheese.
