1 (16 oz) can red kidney beans, drained
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 cup cooked regular rice
1/2 cup chopped sweet pickles
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
Combine all ingredients; toss gently to mix. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours.
