1 stick of butter plus 1 tbls. 3 tbls. cream cheese 4 tbls. chives, finely chopped 1/3 tsp. lemon zest hot sauce, to taste salt. to taste 30 radishes (1 1/2 lb), leaves trimmed to 1/2 inch, halved lengthwise Parsley, to garnish
In mixing bowl, add butter, cream cheese, chives, lemon zest, and hot sauce Mix with fork until well blended Put butter into piping bag or plastic bag with tip cut off Put radishes cut side up onto platter Top with parsley leaf Pipe butter on top of leaf Chill
