Cube red potatoes (adjust number of potatoes to how many guests) and boil until tender. While potatoes are boiling, cut up green onions (to taste) and dill (to taste). Fry sliced bacon and set on paper towel to drain (enough for the potatoes). Drain potatoes and transfer to a large bowl. Lightly break up cubes (but do not mash) and allow to cool. Once cooled, add onions, dill, salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste), mayonnaise, and crumble bacon slices. Mix together and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
