Roasted Asparagus
What a side dish! Cook in your oven or on the grill.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Trim ends from asparagus, cut stalks into 2 inch lengths. Place asparagus in a roasting pan; drizzle with olive oil and season with coarse salt and freshly ground pepper. Add chopped rosemary and toss to combine. Spread asparagus evenly. Roast for 15 minutes, turning asparagus halfway through. Asparagus should be lightly browned and tender. Instead of rosemary, you can use sesame seeds, adding after first 10 minutes of cooking time. You can also add 1/2 of a red pepper, seeds removed and sliced, prior to olive oil and seasoning. GREAT ON THE GRILL, TOO!
