Title: Spicy Sausage Balls

1 Lb. Hot  Sausage, 2 cups Bisquick, 4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1/8 tsp. Salt, 1/8 tsp. Pepper, 1 Tbsp. Sage, 1 Tbsp. Parsley, 2 Tbsp. Chopped Pickled Jalapeno, 2 ea. Green Onions chopped fine--use tops, 2 Tbsp. Water.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray cookie sheets with non-stick cooking spray.  Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix well with your hands.  Form into 1" balls and place them on cooking sheet, leaving some space between them so you can turn them over.  Bake 15 minutes and turn them over and bake an additional 15 minutes.  Place them in serving dish.  If you have leftovers, you can reheat in microwave.
My Comments:
I have made sausage balls for years, but nothing compares to this recipe. Everybody just raved about them. They taste different because of the spicy sausage.
