Stuffed Mushrooms

2 lb fresh mushrooms - medium size
6 tb butter or margerine
8 oz cream cheese -softened
1/2 c crumbled bleu cheese
2 tb minced onion


Remove mushroom stems and chop; skillet fry in butter; drain.

Combine cream cheese, bleu cheese, mixing well until blended. Stir in
chopped stems and onions, fill mushroom caps.

Place on cookie sheet and broil until golden brown.
