Posted by: ChefBelle

1 1/2 lbs. ground pork

1/2 cup soft bread crumbs

1 tsp. red pepper flakes

1 tsp. salt

1 egg

1 Tbsp. milk 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1 (10-oz.) jar sweet and sour sauce

Mix pork, breadcrumbs, red pepper flakes, salt, egg, milk, parsley and onions together in a bowl.  Shape into 8 to 12 patties.

Slowly brown in frying pan until juices run clear, drain well.  Heat sweet and sour sauce in frying pan.  Place patties in pan and heat through.

My Comments:
This is great for a quick dinner and very tasty you can serve them with several sides of veggies and bread of your choice. Or most anything to your liking!!! There are many possibilities some time we just make sandwiches out of them served with French fries and a small garden salad.
