This is a recipe from one of the gal's from my recipe club -
always used chicken wings that are totally thawed for this!
Taco Chicken Wings - from Mary
This is for one of those 5lb bags of frozen wings - thawed.
¾ - 1 c. flour
2 (1 1/4 oz) env. taco seasoning mix
¾ c. butter or margarine
2 c. crushed corn chips
Thaw bag of wings in fridge the day before. Combine flour and taco seasoning mix in plastic bag. Add 2 or 3 wings at a time and shake to coat. Melt butter; dip coated wings in butter and turn once to butter surfaces. Then roll in crushed corn chips and place on baking pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes or until done.
