Warm Winter Lemon Cake

1 package (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
2 cups cold milk
l/4 cups water
2 packages (4-serving size each) Jello Lemon Flavor Instant
Pudding & Pie Filling
l/3 cup granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons powdered sugar

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.  Prepare cake mix as directed on
package.  Pour into greased 13x9 inch  baking dish and set aside
(do not put in oven yet!).
Pour milk and water into large bowl.  Add the pudding mixes and
granulated sugar. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well
blended.  Pour over the cake batter.  Place baking dish onto
baking sheet to catch any sauce that might bubble over sides of
dish as dessert bakes.
Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour or until wooden toothpick inserted in
center of cake layer comes out clean.  Cool 20 minutes (always
place a cake on a cake rack while its cooking so that it does
not sweat from the bottom and become soggy).  Sauce will thicken
slightly as it cools.  Sprinke with sifted powdered sugar.
Spoon onto serving dishes to serve warm.  Store leftovers in the
fridge.

ENJOY!!!
