3 Egg
1 tbs Butter
1/4 cup Minced Ham
2 tbs Chopped Onion
2 tbs Chopped Green Pepper

*** Mix eggs slightly; combine with ham, onion and pepper. Cook the same as french omelet.


Yield: 2 Servings
