Seafood Wrap Sandwiches
3-ingredient recipe.

4 large green leaf lettuce leaves
1 lb. Deli style seafood salad*
4 flour tortillas

Nice to have:
Sliced avocado and red onion

1. Line tortillas or wraps with lettuce. Spoon seafood salad down the middle.
Top with
avocado and onion.

2. Roll tortillas around filling, then wrap a 12" x 6" sheet of parchment or
waxed paper around
each for easy eating.

Serves: 4.

Nutrition Information:
Per serving = 430 calories, 11 g protein, 43 g carbs, 3 g fiber,
23 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 17 mg cholesterol, 899 mg sodium.

*Or homemade Chicken Salad, Egg Salad or Tuna Salad*
