1 nectarine
6 oz. fat-free peach frozen yogurt
1/2 C. Dole pineapple juice
1/2 C. sugar-free lemonade


　

Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smoothie consistency is reached
My Comments:
Because it's low in sugar, this smoothie has a refreshing bite.
