6 tbsp.sesame seeds,,,3 tbsp.sweet rice wine,,,1 tbsp.sugar,,,1 tbsp.vinegar,,,2 1/2 tbsp.soysauce,,,1/2 tsp grated garlic,,,1/2 cup soup stock,,,....   preparation:  grind sesame seeds well. pour sweet rice wine gradually over the sesame seeds,mixing together. Add sugar,vinegar,soysauce. Further,add grated garlic & mix well..finally pour stock gradually and stir well...
