preheat oven to 350 degrees
rinse however many pork chops needed to feed your family. pat dry.
place a good coating of mustard on each pork chop
then cover and pat on a good amount of brown sugar to each place on a foil lined baking pan.with mustard and brown sugar side down then repeat with the mustard and brown sugar over the top of the chops.once coated real well place a drizzle of water approx. 1/4 of a cup full over the chops and bake for about a half hour or till done.
My Comments:
real simple basic and usually each item is always around everyone's home and hardly no work at all to do this makes a lazy night good. its sweet but not to sweet and is enjoyed by everyone who has eaten these chops in my home including the pickiest of my family members.everyone seems to always enjoy this with rice with the extra juices that may be left in pan drizzled over the top of the rice.
