2 egg yolk,,,2 tbsp.rice wine vinegar,,,1 tbsp.sugar,,,2 tbsp.soysauce,,,2 tbsp.stock,,,and mustard........put all ingredients in a bowl.mix well.Place the bowl on hot water and mix further.Cool the sauce,,add mustard if you prefer..
