Hi Terrie,
   How is your day?  That is a nice way to be able to remember home. It must have been a beautiful area with the waterfall. I lived near the great smoky mountains for a while and my husband and I loved to go take picnics there at the park and we would try to hike to the waterfalls but it was to steep and long to get to the big waterfalls. What other kinds of cooking do you like to do?
